Affidavit - State of Ohio, Counfy of Clark, SS:
Paul L. Harvey and Minnie J. Harvey, being first duly sworn, state
that on or about the 28th. day of August, 1934, they did apply for and obtain
a marriage license through the Wayne Circuit Court at Richmond, Indiana, but
obtained said marriage license under the names of paul Swisher and Helen
Harris. That the said Paul L. Harvey, one of the affiants herein is the same
person who applied for said marriage license in said Court under the name of
Paul Swisher; and the said Minnie J. Harvey, whose maiden name was Minnie J.
Shambaugh, is the same person who apliced for said marriage license under
the name of Helen Harris. That said affiants have since the date of this
marriage lived together as husband and wife. That this Affidavit should be
attached to the page of the marriage records in the Wayne County Circuit Court
of Richmond, Indiana, to show the correct names of these parties.
